Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to Ajudni Accessories! We are delighted to bring you thoughtfully crafted accessories with seamless and reliable delivery across India.

Shipping Coverage:

  • We currently ship all over India through India Post.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

Processing Time:

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp to monitor your order status.

Delivery Timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
    Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen courier delays, weather conditions, or festive season loads.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹60 will be applied at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may attract an additional handling fee.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • COD is available on select pin codes.

  • Orders placed with COD may be verified through a confirmation call or message before dispatch.

  • A small COD handling charge may apply.

Order Tracking:

  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number and courier partner details.

  • You can track your order through our “Track Order” page or directly on the courier partner’s website.

Delays & Exceptions:

  • Delays may occur during festive seasons, sale events, natural calamities, or unforeseen courier issues.

  • In case of an unexpected delay beyond the promised timeline, our team will proactively reach out to you.

Non-Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO):

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to wrong address, phone number not reachable, or customer unavailability, the package may be returned to us (RTO).

  • In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply for resending the order.
